Fit Goddess: Rebecca Cardon

Rebecca was born into a fitness loving family in Virginia Beach, Va. Her mom practices yoga and runs marathons and her father is a competitive weight lifter.



Her father started taking her to the gym with him when she was five years old and little Rebecca would do pull-ups while he said: 'One more and I'll get you a candy bar.'



Today, she can still do 20 pull-ups and both father and daughter hold world records in bench pressing.

Is an American fitness trainer best known for her participation in Bravo's reality show Work Out. She owns Sky Sport and Spa, a gym and spa in Beverly Hills, California.
